Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups where Feedzaians join together based on shared interests, backgrounds, or demographic factors to discuss and engage on specific topics.

Yes! At Feedzai, we offer a Flex/Remote work policy. If you are near an office location, we have three options for you to choose the work style that best suits your needs:

> Primarily Office Based: You are in the office regularly 4 – 5 days per week.

> Flexible: You are in the office 2-3 days per week.

> Primarily Remote: You are in the office 1-2 days per month, as business requires.

We also have full remote options for employees who are not near one of our global offices.

Congratulations, you have just become a Feedzaian! After signing the Offer Letter, you will receive an email/call from the Talent Acquisition Team guiding you through the process and transition to the HR Team. The Talent Acquisition Team will advise you on who in the HR Team will be reaching out to you to help facilitate the final paperwork and process. As you move closer to your start date and begin the onboarding process, our HR Team will support you.

Our Talent Acquisition Team at Feedzai is committed to providing a best-in-class candidate experience. We keep in close contact with each candidate throughout the hiring steps, and its duration depends on various factors, such as the number of applicants, the complexity of the position, and the company’s internal processes.
