At Feedzai, we want to prepare you for what to expect from each stage of the interview process.

Find the position you want to apply for, fill out the application form, and submit your resume. You can also add a cover letter, portfolio, LinkedIn profile, or link to a site with your work.

Interview

For the majority of our roles, you can expect four interview rounds. There are exceptions to roles depending on their scope and requirements.

Be your authentic self

After careful selection, our Talent Team will contact you to set up a virtual call. The virtual interview with our Talent Team member is a time to ask any questions you might have about Feedzai.

Here are some topics you can expect to learn about and asked during the Talent virtual interview:

  • Feedzai as a company and its product
  • Internal structure and respective teams
  • Role and responsibilities
  • Yourself – experiences, motivations, aspirations, specific skill set requirements, communication skills, and why Feedzai

The interview processes can happen by call or video.

Technical skills

At this stage, you will meet the Manager/Team that this role reports to and works with on a virtual call. The interview will focus on both your experience and your skill set.

It can go from a set of probing questions to deep discussions on the technical aspects of a specific topic. The Skills Interview format may vary depending on the role you are applying for:

  • Technical challenge through an external testing platform to complete on your own time
  • A conversation about your hard skills and, at times, the presentation of practical cases to check your reasoning
  • This interview will also evaluate your collaboration, communication skills, and critical thinking

Put your abilities to the test

This step is an opportunity to challenge yourself and to think outside the box.

We present candidates with real-world scenario challenges to solve during live interviews. We also have challenges that we give you a few days to think about and present during an interview.

You can expect to meet a few team members during the challenge interview. This is a great way to showcase your skills and experience. For non-technical challenges, there is no right or wrong answer. We are looking to hear how you think and the processes you take.  We value a growth mindset, curiosity, and knowledge sharing, and the team is there to ask probing questions for understanding.

You will have the opportunity to meet with the Manager from your department that you will report to and have a more in-depth conversation about the team and the position you applied for.
