The Product Operations Team at Feedzai is responsible for enabling the product strategy and ensuring the efficiency of the product as a whole, by driving strategic initiatives, transforming processes, tools, data & insights, while ensuring great day-to-day work experiences for all teams in close collaboration with other departments.


As a Product Operations Agile Coach at Feedzai, requires a combination of outcome-driven and people-thinking with a strong ownership and servant leadership profile. It must drive the continuous improvement mindset and support the product organization on different levels to become more effective and efficient every day while keeping a sense of happiness. The Agile Coach will help our teams and overall organization by increasing collaboration, and innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances. Collaborate with either Team in coaching, training, facilitation and helping them build agile strategies that fit their specific needs and context.

Your Day to Day: 

  • Act as a change manager and support the Product Organization to drive major change (inside and outside the teams)
  • Install the continuous improvement mindset and help the teams monitor their health constantly
  • Coach and assess Agile principles, on teams and upper-level management, and be capable of guiding and mentoring multiple teams in the consistent practice of Agile concepts, including roles, ceremonies, processes, compliance, and tool usage
  • Assist with improving operational metrics in effectiveness, efficiency and quality
  • Build and maintain information radiators for all the teams to get to know how they are working and give guidance for continuous improvement
  • Ensure Planning and Execution processes are known and provide guidance to the Product Manager and Engineering Manager on how to continuously plan
  • Ensure that team feedback is disseminated and communicated within the organization so that potential changes can be implemented enterprise-wide
  • Understands Facilitation Techniques and apply structures for different contexts.
  • Passionate and interested in driving digital disruption both from a client and organizational perspective
  • Create training materials/programs
  • Use data (both quantitative and qualitative data) to define key metrics that help to drive operational improvements in effectiveness and efficiency as well as ensure feedback from teams is addressed and actionable

You Have & You Know-how: 

  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • Experience working as an Agile Coach with several cross-functional Agile teams with different maturity levels
  • Experience with different Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about Agile scaling models (LeSS, SAFe  or others) and capable of tailoring to the organization
  • Experience coaching teams on "outcomes over output" and the adoption of continuous planning and delivery
  • Demonstrably successful coaching and facilitation experience for both cross-functional teams
  • Experience with hyper-growth organizations and navigating in an ambiguous environment while being pragmatic
  • Outstanding problem solver in a collaborative way
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence

Plus Qualifications/Experience:

  • OKRs and goal settings for an organization
  • Experience in coaching Agile principles to senior leaders
  • Experience in Agile Program Management
  • Experience with Value Stream management and Lean Portfolio
  • Experience with facilitation structures such as Liberating structures
  • Knowledgeable about Software engineering practices (e.g., TDD, Continuous Integration, Pair-Programming, real-time monitoring, etc.)
