Senior Product Marketing Manager
England, United Kingdom

Feedzai is securing the transition to a cashless world while enabling digital trust in every transaction and payment type. The world’s largest banks, processors, and retailers trust Feedzai to protect trillions of dollars and manage risk while improving the customer experience for everyday users, without compromising privacy. Feedzai is a Series D company and has raised $282M to date. With a valuation of $2 billion, our technology protects 1 billion consumers and 90 billion transactions each year.
Feedzai is a company that operates to keep the world's money moving safely. We build leading AI-native fraud and financial crime prevention for some of the largest financial institutions in the world - and we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can match that ambition.
This is not a content production role. It is a strategic position that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing - responsible for how Feedzai's story is told, how our products are positioned, and how our GTM motion is constructed. You will report directly to the VP of Product Planning and Strategy, in the Marketing department.
What we expect from this team is straightforward:
- Position solutions and outcomes, not just product features
- Prioritise well in a high workload environment and focus ruthlessly on what moves the needle
- Bring market intelligence back into the business so our message, the roadmap and the pipeline stay connected to reality
Your Day to Day:
- Go-to-market strategy and execution across product lines - working across sales, product, and marketing to ensure launches land with clarity and conviction
- Messaging and positioning for audiences ranging from C-suite and Heads of Fraud to product managers and technical personas - knowing what value lands where and how different perceptions are critical
- Competitive intelligence - support not just tracking competitors, but bringing to life what it means for when we sell, and how we differentiate
- Sales enablement - including pitch decks, solution narratives, thought leadership and sales training that give revenue teams the tools to win
- Market intelligence - gathering insight from customers, analysts, and industry bodies and bringing it back into the business in a way that actually influences decisions
- Event representation - Feedzai shows up at the industry's most important forums (e.g. Money 2020, UK Finance ECC, and our own events) - you will be part of that presence
You Have & You Know-How:
- 5+ years in B2B, from either the sell (vendor side) or financial services (buy side)
- A strategic thinker who can also execute - this role requires both, and the ability to move between them quickly. Days can range from micro to macro details
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - you can write a compelling one-pager and present confidently to a room of executives
- Commercial understanding - you think about how marketing connects to pipeline and revenue, not just awareness
- High standards - you push for clarity, speed and value, and raise the bar for those around you
- Curiosity about the fraud and financial crime market - you do not need to be an expert on day one, but you need to want to become one. Prior fraud and financial crime technology experience would be an advantage.
Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
