You:

As a GTM Subject Matter Expert (SME), together with the regional leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Go-to-Market strategy with a strong emphasis on working closely with customers and prospects to define and execute innovative and efficient tailored risk strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and cohesion throughout the GTM process. Leveraging your expertise in fraud and risk in financial services and rapidly evolving market dynamics, you will lead efforts to develop and implement strategies that enable our customers to navigate risk effectively, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth through Feedzai’s best class products.

Your Day to Day:

  • Customer-Centric Strategy Development: Lead the development of customer-centric Go-to-Market strategies focused on defining and executing tailored risk management strategies in collaboration with customers and prospects.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor on risk management strategies. Collaborate closely to understand their unique challenges, goals, and risk tolerance, and co-create innovative solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for tailored risk strategies. Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive competitive differentiation and market leadership.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Work closely with product management and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonate with customers' risk management priorities and objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to equip them with deep customer understanding and tailored risk management solutions. Provide guidance on effectively articulating the value of tailored risk strategies and overcoming customer objections.
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of tailored risk strategies. Provide insights and support to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish a feedback loop with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather insights on solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Use feedback to iterate on GTM strategies and refine risk management solutions.

You Have & You Know-how:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud and risk management positions, including Senior roles.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Spanish is preferred 
  • Deep understanding of market trends and risk strategies application.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and prospects.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving customer success and delivering measurable business impact.
