Feedzai is looking for an experienced Product Designer to create engaging, useful and delightful experiences for our B2B customers. You will be joining a growing global design team that is having a transformational impact on the UX of the market leading RiskOps platform. This includes redesigning multiple use cases across the product portfolio as we evolve towards delivering a unified user experience.

You are a self-starter with excellent user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture skills. You have the ability to think strategically, act pragmatically, and have the tenacity, energy and passion to innovate and implement change within the time and resource constraints of a fast growing startup environment. You have proven expertise turning complex business problems into simple and engaging product experiences, driving design decisions to make the user’s job easier at all stages of the UX process - from discovery to delivery.

Your day–to–day

Collaborate and develop mutual respect and trust with UX Designers and Product Managers to create useful and engaging experience for our customers.
Create research proposals and plans for in-person and remote qualitative and quantitative research studies, including contextual inquiries, concept reviews, and usability testing.
Work with Product Managers to gather requirements, create personas, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Define requirements for A/B and multivariate testing of designed features.
Work with developers to ensure high quality UI implementation.
Champion ideas and proposals that drive UX improvements; be insightful and employ design thinking, and creative innovation.
Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting your deadlines, releasing early and often, following agile (SCRUM) methodologies.

Your Have & You Know-How

3+ years of experience working at all stages of the UX process - from defining user needs, to developing multiple concepts, to validating designs before and after they are released .
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or the equivalent practical experience.
Deep understanding of lean UX practices and processes.
Excellent understanding of relevant standards and best practices for designing for complex, data-rich, and responsive applications.
High proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
Experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their development is desirable.
