The Customer Success team ensures our global customers achieve their business goals using our product. Everything you do matters: all your code, machine learning models, advisory, management, and other actions/roles will have a material impact on the way our clients run their business and how effectively we fight fraud and protect people from wrongdoing. You will be able to interact and meet many people from widely different cultures around the world and understand the business like few others. You:

You will be managing a team of Data Scientists who are part of our CS Risk & AI team. The team’s mission is to take on complex fraud detection problems for our enterprise level clients using Feedzai’s unique product and platform. In addition, the team is tasked with creatively developing and coding innovative data science solutions for our clients that can be generalized as product enhancements. Our customer success team works with clients all over APAC.

Your Day to Day:

  • Drive AI first, Client value first and Cloud first mindset in the daily work
  • Deliver AI driven fraud management strategy on large scale clients
  • Effectively understand business objectives and provide consultation to clients, both technical and non-technical audience, on risk strategy management (including Machine Learning Models)  
  • Mentor and manage a group of data scientists and enforce data science standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, account managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Contribute to the product development by keeping up with fraud prevention and anti-money laundering new trends in the industry; closely work with risk consultants and market SMEs on improving product solution
  • Inspire the data scientists in the team to innovate and collaborate with Research team on building next gen AI for fraud and AML
  • Support sales team to showcase Feedzai data science strengths 

You Have & You Know-how:

  • MSc, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics or similar technical discipline
  • Hands-on experience with big data, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques such as classification, decision trees, boosting, and clustering
  • Experience with Python and an object-oriented language (Java, C/C++)
  • Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, Hive, and Pig
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of data scientists
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to handle uncertain and complex situations
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both client and data science teams
  • Ability to think pragmatically, listen, and provide team orientation
  • Ability to explore complex data patterns and convert it into insights and actionable plans
  • Experience with building models for fraudulent financial transactions is highly valued
  • Up to 25% travel within APAC
  • While at the client location Feedzai provides housing and meal reimbursement

The Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering our product to our clients. This includes education, configuration, solution development, and risk strategy to enable our clients to address their pain points. We collaborate with our clients to ensure they have the right solution, build out a strategy and training plan for them, and then support them through each phase of our client lifecycle. Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
