The CPO Office is responsible for strategic alignment across the entire Product department (Product Management, Engineering, UX/Education, and Product Operations), continuously improving the narratives’ articulation for decisions made, communication standards, and ways of working in order to connect strategy and execution in a straightforward and inspiring way.

You:
You are a highly autonomous professional, utilizing wide-ranging experience to solve complex, cross-functional problems. You will own and define the approach for ambiguous, high-impact transformation initiatives toward excellence. Functioning as a true extension of the Product Chief of Staff, you will strengthen the operating rhythm and alignment systems, counseling, influencing, and supporting senior leaders on strategic direction to accelerate decisions execution in order to meet our yearly department goals.

Your Day to Day:
In this role, you will autonomously partner with and challenge Product leaders (Directors and above) to define and architect transformative actions that set the standards for roadmap performance excellence. Acting as a direct extension of the Chief of Staff, you will elevate clarity, alignment, and execution across the department. Your work centers on three key pillars:

Strategic Operator – facilitating alignment towards excellence in decision-making and steady execution

  • Represent the Chief of Staff when needed in senior leadership forums.
  • Lead end-to-end or advise, according to context, on critical transformation initiatives, from initial problem framing through to sustained adoption.
  • Support the Product leadership operating rhythm governance, to improve decision-making speed and execution consistency across areas of expertise.
  • Proactively scan for systemic gaps, defining the strategic solution and implementing structures for greater clarity and consistency across the organization.
  • Map and provide the necessary data insights to support leadership decision-making, working in partnership with Product Operations Data Analysts as needed.

Connector – keeping information flowing in a timely manner

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by establishing clear governance, decision-making models, and communication systems (e.g., standardized templates) to remove doubts and lack of clarity across Product Management, Engineering, UX, Education, and Operations.
  • Partner with the People Business Partner on interventions that enhance organization-wide engagement and uplift communication culture, effectively breaking silos.

Force Multiplier – extending leaders’ reach and impact

  • Proactively anticipate leaders’ needs and facilitate background work as needed (ie.: decks creation), allowing them to spend more time on strategic matters rather than on tactical execution.

You Have & You Know-how:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in change management, program management, or a similar role with direct engagement with senior stakeholders, in fast-paced Engineering/Product departments (ideally B2B).
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge thinking of senior stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and drive behavioral change through training, and support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority, simplify complexity, and translate split information into clear narratives for different audiences (from more junior employees to senior leadership).
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to orchestrate multiple workstreams, clarify ownership, and ensure predictable execution.
  • Solid knowledge around business financials (general concepts), and comfort working with data and insights, partnering with analysts to evaluate impact, identify trends to inform leadership decisions.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and judgment, stepping into strategic leadership conversations confidently and representing the Product Chief of Staff when needed.
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools (e.g., Google Suite, Confluence/Jira, Looker) and bias towards AI-first action to accelerate productivity.
